 Maker's mark is 'R & M', William Robinson and Arthur George McKewan who traded between 1880 and 1892 in Hockley Street Birmingham. 

 

 Locket weighs 11g on my kitchen scales. 

 

Length including bale is 60mm and width is 35 mm approx."
